The main objective of the Project:

The DYNABIC's strategic objective is to increase the resilience of the European critical services and their business continuity capabilities following advanced cyber and physical attacks directed at them. Through the DYNABIC Project, Essential Service Operators will be able to better anticipate, detect and combat disruptions caused by cyber-attacks.

The DYNABIC Project envisages the provision of a new socio-technical methodology that supports resilience through management activities and integral control of the risk of continuity of operations/services carried out, as well as through a dynamic adaptation of the measures taken at the human, systemic and organizational level.

This new generation of work methods and tools to be delivered through the DYNABIC Project will allow the preparation for disasters of critical infrastructures, improvement of the ways to prevent risks specific to the continuity of specific activities, the promotion of innovation, business, as well as the facilitation of dynamic autonomous adaptation of critical infrastructures to meet resilience objectives.

Automation based on self-healing mechanisms using artificial intelligence and autonomous response can very well contribute to a fast and efficient recovery enabling the provision of fully resilient critical services for EU citizens.

The work system that will be proposed aims to enable the dynamic autonomous adaptation of critical infrastructures, so that they meet resilience objectives by automatically optimizing and orchestrating response strategies.

The activities carried out within the DYNABIC Project are as follows:

WP 1 – Project Management;

WP 2 – Use case Requirements, DYNABIC Framework Architecture and Continuous Integration;

WP 3 – Real-time Business Continuity Risk Assessment and Management;

WP 4 – Business Disruption Prevention and Situational Awareness;

WP 5 – Dynamic Autonomous Adaptation for Resilience;

WP 6 – Demonstration in Use Cases;

WP 7 – Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation.
